Set and manage budgets at dispensary and state levels
Develop and implement retail strategies related to promotions, pricing, and product assortment
Manage inventory and ensure optimal cost and product mix
Achieve retail business KPIs such as revenue, margin, and customer traffic
Lead and develop a team of Buyers and Senior Buyers

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
