Skills

Knowledge of refrigeration theory
Ability to use hand-tools
Administration of BMS systems
Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance
Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and team members
Diagnose and repair HVAC units
Comply with safety standards
Maintain security and accountability of assets

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of technical school program
