Responsibilities

Lead a team of Cultivation Associates in various cultivation tasks
Ensure product integrity and maintain optimal growing conditions
Perform daily audits of garden rooms
Support department operations including mother plant care and cloning
Train and coach team members in accordance with SOP

Education

High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
