Lead Cultivation Associate - Harvest Team

Curaleaf Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cultivation Associate to lead a team in vegetative garden cultivation operations ensuring compliance, safety, and product integrity.

Responsibilities

Lead and nurture a team in cultivation tasks such as watering, feeding, and organizing
Care for cannabis plants via transplanting, pruning, and fertilizing
Ensure adherence to growth plan and schedule
Maintain plant quality, product integrity, and recommend improvements
Handle and apply necessary chemical sprays, perform daily audits, and monitor growing conditions
Monitor and handle pest inspection and mitigation activities
Maintain proper plant structure, dispose of waste, and support department metrics
Train team members, ensure adherence to SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives

Education

High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
