Responsibilities

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
Adjust, fix or replace hardware
Document facility deficiencies
Complete assigned Preventative Maintenance slips
Respond to Emergency Work Orders
Perform repairs on various building components

Education

High School/GED
Certificate in building maintenance from a certified school
