About the Role:

The ODL (Organizational Development Learning) Coordinator provides administrative and general logistical support to Organizational Development Learning. The Coordinator will assist with projects and execution of the day-to-day operational tasks of the department. This role is expected to be onsite in the office 5 days a week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support ODL-led projects and committees by scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, recording minutes, compiling, organizing, and distributing notes, building timelines, following up on action items, preparing presentation decks, tracking attendance, and conducting research.
  • Distribute surveys and technical support for live learning sessions and in-person events.
  • Maintain the departmental calendars (ODL, DEIB, etc.) to ensure meetings and notable events are captured, disseminated, and communicated.
  • Assist with coordinating the DEIB structure and program by tracking ERG data, licensing requirements, ERG monthly sign-ups, activities, and events.
  • Assist in planning and organizing employee recognitions and celebrations.
  • Develop functional one-pagers (Birthdays, anniversaries, leading learners, system instructions announcements, etc.)
  • Assist with streamlining ongoing communication across the organization and partnering with internal communications.
  • Ensure ODL pages are up-to-date and visually appealing (New Hire Leaf Page, ODL Page, DEIB page).
  • Assist with the employee review process and the employee engagement process.
  • Responsible for customer service and departmental intake by managing and monitoring the ODL inbox, and DEIB inbox and fielding Service Desk assignments.
  • Assists with troubleshooting ODL systems by escalating help tickets for Learning & Performance systems (Cornerstone, LMS, Service Desk).
  • Assists with organizational reporting from all ODL systems.
  • Assists with creating teams and learning assignments in the LMS.
  • Perform various administrative activities directly related to learning and development: scheduling of speakers, setting up virtual space and in-person activities, preparing class materials, ordering supplies, ordering food and beverage, maintaining inventory of supplies, etc.  

 

What You’ll Bring:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in administrative, office management, or human resource-related positions.
  • Strong research, planning, and organizational skills with attention to detail for coordinating multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a diverse group of individuals.
  • Strong internal and external customer service skills.
  • High level of attention to quality and results.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change and feedback.
