Product Manager - Retail Systems

Curaleaf is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Retail Systems to oversee and optimize all technology systems used in the retail environment. This role is pivotal in driving system optimization, process development, training, and vendor management.

Skills

Strong knowledge of POS systems, e-commerce platforms, and ERP systems
Proficiency in Product Management principles
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Project management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Proactively manage and enhance the performance of retail technology systems
Develop and refine business processes to optimize workflows
Manage support and outage responses, training programs, and performance reporting
Act as the liaison between Retail and other business units for technology initiatives

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, marketing, or statistics
