Skills

Management experience in manufacturing
Ability to multitask under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)

Responsibilities

Monitor and delegate daily production tasks
Train new hires and provide coaching
Track and report key performance indicators
Lead team huddles to clarify daily goals
Ensure compliance with production guidelines

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Management training is a plus
