The Essity North America Professional Hygiene (PH), Customer Service Team is currently searching for a Customer Account Specialist (Customer Service Representative). This role will be based out of our Service Excellence Center (SEC) in Neenah, WI.

The Customer Account Specialist (Customer Service Representative) is responsible for performing as an integral part of the Essity Americas team, serving as a liaison between customers and internal departments to manage the order process efficiently and effectively.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the entire order cycle from order entry to delivery, resolving Customer inquiries and troubleshooting;
  • Accepts, edits and processes orders within established procedures and within specified time frames;
  • Responds to inquiries from internal and external customers, including: order status, shipping, information, delivery problems, late orders, anticipated order problems and product availability. Takes lead in resolving service concerns and provide necessary support when quality concerns arise;
  • Serves as the voice of the Customer to internal departments balancing Customer satisfaction and profitability, promoting positive Customer relations through prompt and efficient service;
  • Exercises judgment and organizational agility to process customer orders, manage customer inventory, and maximize customer satisfaction;
  • Proactive in assisting Manager in process improvement projects;
  • Perform other essential responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; will accept experience In lieu of education.
  • Three plus (3+) years’ experience in a customer service role;
  • Ability to travel 10% of time to domestic locations.
