Ironclad is on a mission to power the world’s contracts, and our Digital Customer Success team is a critical part of making that mission a reality. Reporting to the Director of Customer Enablement, the Trainer (i.e. Customer and Partner Enablement Manager) will deliver impactful learning experiences that drive adoption, reduce customer effort, and decrease time to value.
The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced trainer with a SaaS background, who is ready to be part of building a Customer and Partner Enablement team from the ground up at a high-growth company. You should be confident in a variety of delivery methods - including VILT, recording engaging on-demand sessions, custom training and workshops, and more. As an early member of this team, this is an opportunity not just to deliver great learning experiences to our customers, but to help shape the processes and systems we need to scale as we grow the team and our offerings. You should be passionate about driving great customer experiences, flexible, and creative.

Base Salary Range: $95,000 - $125,000
The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
