Customer Care Advocate II

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Customer Care Advocate who would be responsible for answering customer questions on order status, account status, pricing, or product following established procedures to resolve issues and refer more complex request calls to appropriate staff. This position may have limited authority to offer discounts to resolve inquiries regarding damaged, late or incorrect shipments of company products. The Customer Care Advocate would also use a computer software to check order information, determine availability of products and provide a quote, as well as refer unusual or complex problems to Supervisor or Customer Service Representative Lead for resolution.
