Customer Experience Sales Representative

Description:

The Inbound Sales Representative is an inbound sales position within our Customer Experience department. This position is primarily responsible for answering calls from new and existing fans regarding Vari products to recommend workspace needs based through asking qualifying questions. The Sales Representative will receive orders through various channels, primarily the phone and email, as well as qualify sales lead opportunities for other Sales teams.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be an expert in Vari products and services in order to recommend complete workspace solutions.
  • Ask questions and engage in discovery conversations to understand our fans’ needs.
  • Handle 30+ inbound phone calls per day.
  • Handle an average of 35+ Sales and/or Online leads per week.
  • Use sound judgment in problem solving any issues.
  • Be confident and comfortable in transitioning support conversations into product recommendations.
  • Effectively communicate and document sales leads to the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team.
  • Enter orders, quotes, and cases accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieves all sales standards, goals and KPIs set for the team.
  • Follows established process and procedures to organically increase revenue.
  • Place outbound follow-up calls.
  • All other assigned duties.
Requirements:


HOW YOU’LL GET THERE

  • 1-2 years of inbound, outbound, retail or call center sales experience to include: utilizing a defined sales process to qualify customers, assess their needs, and position a solution for them.
  • Customer focused with track record of going above and beyond.
  • Strong communication skills both oral (speaking, listening, interpretation) and written.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with POS, CRM (Salesforce preferred) required.
