Customer Experience Survey Analyst

Insight is seeking a full-time Customer Experience Survey Analyst (Qualtrics) who can help provide our clients with the best experience possible. You will do this by designing/building new surveys in Qualtrics and in creating survey deliverables using advanced Qualtrics reporting. Responsibilities


  • Responsible for Qualtrics survey consulting, survey development & launch, survey distribution and automation, dashboard development and reporting, extension and API configuration, administration.

  • Consulting with internal teams to identify survey requirements and make recommendations on survey design, implementation, and reporting.

  • Coordination of global entities for automation of contact creation and survey distribution.

  • Provide polished and timely client communication and responsive follow-through on all issues, actions, and escalations.

  • Develop cross-functional initiatives that will improve the overall customer experience and lead to greater satisfaction and loyalty among our customers.


Required Skills

  • 2+ years of direct experience building and deploying in the Qualtrics survey platform including survey & dashboard design across customer experience (CX), employee experience (EX) programs, Voice of the Customer (VoC), and Customer Feedback programs.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Quick learner, self-motivated, high level of passion, adaptive.

  • Ability to utilize deductive and logical reasoning to draw conclusions.

  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

  • Work closely with clients, internal resources, at all levels of leadership.

  • Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


Plus Skills

  • Working knowledge of PowerBI, Azure Databrick, SharePoint.
