Customer Liaison



Responsibilities
Responsible for creating a “WOW” experience when leading interactions with external and internal customers by consistently exceeding expectations, ensures that the service delivered for customers and company is up to date with all aspects of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).

  • Develops and maintains relationship with customers. Analyzes and recommends suggestions for customer concerns and develops action plans for correction and implements plans.
  • Creates and recommends process enhancements for customer service delivery.
  • Partners with Processing department to ensure all customer requirements are met.
  • Partners with Sales department to provide support. Solicits and evaluates customer feedback through Retouch Program, communicating client concerns and service recommendations to management team.
  • Partners with Insperity’s Recruiting Services and Background Check departments on technical or complex issues encountered by the client owners. Manages interactions to completion.
  • Maintains understanding and knowledge related to FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) to handle questions, respond, or resolve escalated issues. Interprets, effects, and implements changes proposed.
  • Evaluates federal and state fair credit reporting and privacy-related restrictions and laws. Interprets, effects, and implements changes proposed.

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Minimum three to five years of experience in background screening field required. Experience in fast pace, multiple projects environment preferred. Knowledge of FCRA State and Federal regulations required.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing and maintains effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
  • Must possess excellent customer skills and organizational skills, ability to learn new concepts quickly and be a self-starter.
  • Must demonstrate analytical and statistical skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs and demonstrates ability to learn other programs, applications as needed.
