Customer Marketing Manager

THE ROLE: 

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to develop and lead a program of initiatives to further cultivate long-term strategic relationships with our healthcare employer customers.

The Customer Marketing Manager will play a pivotal global role that provides cross-department support and collaboration with our Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. We’re looking for a team member who can build strong internal relationships and understand what’s needed to increase customer engagement that ultimately helps us increase cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and renewals.

You will: 

  • Help build relationships with our customers, putting them at the center of our marketing strategy to highlight transformative stories that drive loyalty, community, inspiration, and impact. 
  • Foster real connections with customers to ensure success throughout the relationship lifecycle. 
  • Find creative ways to partner with customers through reference activities, customer stories, sales collateral, press events, and importantly, advocacy.

The perfect candidate will be able to balance customer needs, market insights, and business objectives. They will support our Customer Success team by strategizing, planning, and executing marketing programs with our key accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Product and Customer Success teams to launch and educate customers about new products, services, and features
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and incorporate them into marketing strategies and messaging
  • Create marketing content for Account Management and Customer Success teams to help nurture new, growing, and at-risk customers
  • Develop customer marketing strategy 
  • Measure and improve upon customer-focused campaigns
  • Engage the customer community and build community pride through education, programs and events
  • Develop persona- and firm-based segments, as well as messaging to meet the needs of each segment
  • Develop & run a client rewards program with the Customer Success team to keep existing customers and recruiters engaged on the platform
  • Main KPIs are engagement, churn, and pipeline

THE SKILL SET: 

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, customer marketing, or product marketing
  • BA/BS in Communications, Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to write concise, engaging, and impactful content in support of a business strategy
  • Experience working with digital marketing tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Experience in a customer-facing role

THE NICE TO HAVES: 

  • Experience running webinars and other virtual events is a plus
  • Experience in healthcare or staffing a plus

THE SALARY, BENEFITS & PERKS:

The range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 yearly salary, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
