THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to develop and lead a program of initiatives to further cultivate long-term strategic relationships with our healthcare employer customers.
The Customer Marketing Manager will play a pivotal global role that provides cross-department support and collaboration with our Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. We’re looking for a team member who can build strong internal relationships and understand what’s needed to increase customer engagement that ultimately helps us increase cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and renewals.
You will:
The perfect candidate will be able to balance customer needs, market insights, and business objectives. They will support our Customer Success team by strategizing, planning, and executing marketing programs with our key accounts.

The range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000 yearly salary, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
