Your opportunity
We’re looking for an Customer Support Manager to join our Customer Operations Team in Peachtree City GA.
You’ll be responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of the customer experience team members that support this sales territory. This includes management of personnel, order accuracy, process development, staff training and competency development. This position will need to apply business acumen, display technology knowledge and have a thorough understanding of the company’s strategic priorities to anticipate future needs that will translate into effective systems and business processes for the customer service organization. This position will manage a territory that ranges from $400M - $700M annual revenue.

What you’ll do
  • Assess, coach and develop team members to strengthen their technical and business skills.
  • Communicate with plant personnel, sales team, agents, distributors and end users.
  • Support the sales organization for the defined territory in evaluation of new business opportunities
  • Perform market research for the defined territory to optimize customer experience needs
  • Partner with commercial teams to determine value drivers for our products and territories
What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
  • 3+ years in a Management / Supervisor Role
  • Communication Skills – able to adapt communication requirements to people / situation as required
  • Decision Making Skills – demonstrated ability to use information and judgment to make sound business decisions based on financial impact as well as customer-focused matters
  • Motivation / Coaching Skills – able to inspire and motivate team members to achieve better results
