Description & Requirements

Infor Consultants work with Clients to implement Infor software and industry-standard processes with the aim of reducing costs, increasing customer service, and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency. Whilst our technology is the enabler and vehicle for achieving business benefits, the quality and experience of our consultants are key differentiators. The job holder is responsible for delivering business process and application consulting services which include process design, application configuration, testing, client training on Infor software, technologies, and tools in accordance with standard implementation methods in equipment, service and rental. Consultants are also responsible for developing ongoing, successful business relationships with clients and for providing clients with "industry best practice" recommendations.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

Assist the realization of business benefits for clients.
Participate in full life cycle client facing implementation projects relating to Infor applications, working as part of an Infor Project team.
Lead the information gathering and design process for a client implementation, including the development of functional business requirements and solution scope documents.
Configure a client business solution.
Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations.
Provide training to client’s key and end users.
Provide implementation consultancy and application best practice advice.

Required skills:

Finance, Manufacturing or Supply Chain software experience in at least one industry segment: Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Equipment, Service Management & Rental, Fashion, Distribution and/or Manufacturing.
In-depth understanding of business processes.
Project experience with ERP implementations.
Ancillary experience (in a related field, additional technology, industry, etc.)
Ability to craft a structured solution.
Full lifecycle implementation experience implementing ERP systems.
Able to train and lead less experienced employees
Formal customer-facing consulting experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Infor M3 applications.
Experience in software architecture.
Knowledge of software, conceptualization design & implementation.

Remote (Dallas, TX; St. Paul, MN; and Alpharetta, GA)
