Job Overview
The Customer Service Assistant serves as an integral part of the Law Center Copy & Mail team, assisting with all aspects of the campus’s mail and copying needs. This position serves as the first point of contact for faculty, staff, and students in need of assistance with printing needs, mailing, courier, and overnight carrier services. They provide top-notch copy and mail services and any relevant troubleshooting; and operate high-volume copiers, booklet makers, scanners, a mail meter, as well as other finishing devices.
Work Interactions
Reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager, the Customer Service Assistant interacts with a wide variety of constituent, including Law Center faculty, administrators, staff, and students.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalency
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Experience working with high-volume copy machines and postage metering equipment, as well as a variety of post-production finishing devices
  • Ability to frequently required to move up to 25 pounds weight, to walk or stand with operation of control, and occasionally move items weighing up to 50 pounds
