Customer Service Rep HN

Job Duties:

  • Promote a positive work environment and teamwork.
  • Keeps inventory of all office supplies and places orders.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct accordingly.
  • Greet visitors and have them sign in/out.
  • Communicates with corporate for any new set up in E1 and Cardinal Connect
  • Order Entry in E1.
  • Handles any errors with order entry in E1 and clear path when scheduling.
  • Coordinate with staff to schedule orders and make sure orders get out on time.
  • Coordinate with Quality Manager on any no charges.
  • Verify customer pricing in E1 is current and up to date.
  • Coordinate deliveries on the delivery board.
  • Communicate with customers and drivers on any delayed deliveries/breakage/missing glass/temper only glass.
  • Arrange for CPU orders to be picked up with customers and relay to shipping department.
  • Communicate and provide administrative support to management/production.
  • Scan and save all bill of ladings for proof of deliveries.
  • Complete all daily reports by the end of the day.
  • Meet quality expectations.
