Summary: Provide technical support to customers and end-users of our products. Perform product bench analysis/diagnosis and repairs.
Primary duties include:

Troubleshooting/repairing/calibration of products.

Proper documentation of repairs. Customer interaction regarding repairs.

Installs/set up new equipment.

Supports Sales.
-
Provides basic customer service via phone/in-person.
-
Assists in Warehouse as needed.

Performs other duties as required.
Requirements and skills:

high school diploma or equivalent
-
General working knowledge of computer applications in Microsoft Office and customer order entry in an ERP system

Excellent customer service skills

Strong organizational skills
