Summary: Provide technical support to customers and end-users of our products. Perform product bench analysis/diagnosis and repairs.
Primary duties include:
- Troubleshooting/repairing/calibration of products.
- Proper documentation of repairs. Customer interaction regarding repairs.
- Installs/set up new equipment.
- Supports Sales.
- Provides basic customer service via phone/in-person.
- Assists in Warehouse as needed.
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements and skills:
- high school diploma or equivalent
- General working knowledge of computer applications in Microsoft Office and customer order entry in an ERP system
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
