Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Skillset: An individual who is naturally positive, energetic, outgoing, and enjoys talking to people. Has an affinity for being helpful towards customers. Must have good computer skills with an attention to detail.

Reports to: Call Center Manager

Responsibilities:

• Convert inbound calls to booked jobs by quickly finding the customer's needs and filling those needs
• Make daily outbounds calls in an effort to rebook annual customers.
• Maintain acceptable booking average.
• Work with attention to detail, remembering touch points and entering data correctly.
• Resolve customer concerns, as needed following proper escalation management procedures.
• Assist customers with rescheduling appointments and minimizing cancellations

Overview: The Customer Service Representative is the first line of contact with the customer. They are critical to creating a positive first impression and conveying the professionalism and courtesy that they can expect from the entire organization.

Starting at $18 an hour

$18 an hour + Commission, after training and 30 day probation period.
