THORNTONS Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills a MUST!
• Must be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment!
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be willing and able to complete a pre-employment criminal background check.

Responsibilities: (Not Limited Too)

• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction, ensure speed of service.
• Understand and be capable of handling guest concerns.
• Maintain store presentation.
• Effectively execute daily tasks, directives and expectations.
