This Customer Service Representative will work closely with our customers on a daily basis responding to e-mail, answering phones, quoting prices and availability of product, entering orders, following up on inquiries and delivery, and fulfilling customer requirements. This position works closely with our outside sales force, shipping, production and purchasing departments.
1. Provide exceptional customer service, order taking, inventory control and data entry
3. Research product, pricing, shipping, delivery, credit issues, returns, etc.
3. Respond to problems and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
4. Develop loyal customers with a helpful and professional telephone manner.
5. Maintain customer contact via e-mail, phone, and the internet
6. Demonstrate positive and cooperative behaviors with customers and coworkers.
1. Ability to navigate through multiple screens and learn quickly.
2. Preferred 5 years experience in a CSR role
3. Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma required.
4. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel is required. Familiarity with quality systems (ISO/TS/QS) helpful.
5. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task and follow through to completion.
6. Must be self motivated and thorough with a high level of attention to detail. Proven ability to work as a team member.
