The ideal candidate will be responsible for but not limited to: Assisting customers over the phone, data entry and building relationships with current and potential customers. The candidate will be self motivated, have excellent customer service skills and have experience with Excel.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to: Working directly with customers and inquiries regarding our company and services.
Customer interaction via phone, claim platform, and email
Dispatching assignments to credentialed service providers
Monitoring assignments and following up with service providers on status
Qualifications of the Customer Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:Customer service experience dealing with high volume inbound and outbound calls
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently Great organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Outlook
Problem solving

Computer experience -EXCEL is a must
