What to expect

• Proactively ensure the effective operations, oversight and constant development of our vibrant start-up community and our current start-up residents
• Independently screen, select, and manage potential start-ups applying to join our community, particularly with the focus on deep tech
• Drive, inspire, and develop the community culture of our current start-up residents through project cultivation, event hosting, and responsibility delegation
• Own and deliver administrative, and operational projects within allocated budgets to improve the efficiency of our resident program
• Proactively plan, organize, and execute internal and external events, such as workshops, meetups, and conferences
• Build and nurture relationships in the Munich startup ecosystem and establish valuable partnerships
• Independently manage office operations, including coordination of office supplies, facilities, and equipment

What you bring

• Experience in community, communication or/and event management
• Strong presentation skills
• You are interested in start-ups, deep tech, or disruption
• Experience in developing network strategies and increasing partner relations
• You are proactive, love developing your own ideas and always question the status quo
• Strong knowledge of Office 365 as well as experience with agile project management tools such as Asana, Confluence, and Slack
• Fluent in German and English
