Customer Service Representative - Remote

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for the answering of calls or written inquiries from customers, vendors or general business communication.

• Fielding a variety of incoming and/or outgoing calls on behalf of our guests and stores.
• Responding to written inquiries on both social and live chat platforms.
• Conducting research to provide answers for our guests to resolve their issues.
• Documenting information in order management systems for accurate record keeping.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:

• Experience with Mircorsoft office to include Word and Excel.

Other Skills and Abilities:

• Positive attitude towards customers and business.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable, reliable, with a strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
