Customer Service Support Coordinator - True Retail

Overview

The Customer Service Support Coordinator is responsible to help support our Customer Service Team. This position requires knowledge of True’s internal processes for order entry and shipping so they may help with overall administrative workload. Customer and Sales Force interaction is limited to switchboard responsibilities. This role supports the team by completing daily, weekly and quarterly scheduled tasks. The Customer Service Support Coordinator must have a working knowledge of the complete order entry and fulfillment process to perform tasks in a back-up role.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Assist CSR’s to perform accurate and timely processing of customer orders and ensure compliance with ordering requirements.
  • Maintain information spreadsheets and database for tracking and analysis.
  • Maintain files for key account customers.
  • Scanning and sending information to customers.
  • Scan invoices into Document Manager program.
  • Run daily and weekly customer reports in Excel.
  • Regular and reliable attendance in the office is required.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Associate’s degree with an emphasis in office administration, business administration or similar field a plus.
  • One or more years of related experience in a professional work environment required.
  • Must be professional and detail-oriented.
  • Must be open to taking direction from others to insure consistency in process.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a positive, energetic and professional attitude and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills required.
  • Experience with all Microsoft Office applications required.
  • Strong Excel skills preferred.
The hours for this position are 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
