Who We Need
Virsec is a rapidly growing and highly innovative leader in the software security market and is seeking to fill a Customer Solutions Architect role. This person needs to have 10+ years of pre-sales or post-sales roles such as Solutions Engineers, Sales Engineers, Solutions Architect, Professional Services and should have TS/SCI clearance as well.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and architect solutions using Virsec Security Platform (VSP) in context of customerbs needs
- Provide post-sales support by applying technical expertise to understand customerbs specific requirements and deployment environment
- Understand the customerbs requirements, challenges, and what business outcomes and value they are expecting from their purchase. Design and deliver the customer-specific use cases to align with those goals via a hands-on, consultative approach.
- Provide customer feedback in timely manner to Product Management and Development team to ensure alignment with clientbs needs
- Resolve dependencies across internal teams to ensure smooth deployments. Support development of cross-functional business processes
- Provide thought leadership in emerging technologies to Solutions Architecture team
- Provide first level of post-deployment support to ensure successful functioning and integration of VSP in customer environment
- Identify, pursue, and foster strategic business expansion opportunities in existing customer accounts to develop, and design solutions related to strategies on securing IT assets and server workloads.
Required Skills:
- TS/SCI Clearance required
- 10+ years of experience in pre-sales or post-sales roles such as Solutions Engineers, Sales Engineers, Solutions Architect, Professional Services
- Proven track record of owning customer relationships, including strategizing, implementation, renewals, and expansions
- Proactive, self-motivated, and creative team player who advocates for a smooth customer experience
- Excellent customer relationship building skills focusing on technical strategic relationships
- Self-starter with a proven ability to manage and thrive under fast-paced, startup-oriented environment
- Ability to deliver results across multiple customers while focusing on solutions delivery, customer advocacy, expansions and/or renewals
- Ability to lead elite teams to develop creative solutions for critical customer requirements
Technical Skills:
- Experience implementing APM or Cybersecurity tools server side
- Knowledge of Top 10 OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK
- Working Knowledge with App Servers such as Tomcat, JBoss, GlassFish, WebSphere, IIS
- Working Knowledge with Web Servers such as NGINX, Apache
- Intermediate Experience with Bash Scripting, PowerShell Scripting
- Working knowledge of VMWare ESXi, AWS, Azure, GCP
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (EKS, ECS, AKS, GKE), OpenShift
- Working knowledge of CI/CD Tools such as Jenkins, TravisCI, CircleCI
