We are seeking a dynamic technical product marketing manager that can help us drive go-to-market strategy and execution of Virsec runtime protection solutions and services in a hyper-growth, results-oriented environment. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-funded, rapidly growing company with a disruptive technology that is re-defining cybersecurity protection.
What You'll Do:
- Drive technical product marketing initiatives and related deliverables, including videos, demos, white papers, blogs, and other content.
- Apply technical knowledge to sales and marketing initiatives, helping internal teams and partners understand the technical and business value of our cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical product collateral, including datasheets, solution briefs, white papers, and sales tools that support outbound campaigns and sales enablement.
- Have a keen understanding of the competitive landscape and buyers in our target market and produce in-depth technology comparison sheets as part of a Competitive Intelligence program.
- Maintain alignment and shared feature knowledge with Product Management and Sales to best understand the product's intended use, new features, and customer experience.
- Participate in product launch activities, including tradeshows, conferences, sales training, and partner training activities.
- Function as a Product Marketing liaison with technical sales cross-functional teams consisting of Solution Architects, Product Managers and Field Engineers to resolve technical issues and provide information that drives deal closure.
Must Have Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to communicate complex ideas in a manner that is easy to understand for both technical and business audiences
- Exceptional written communication skills, including technical writing experience
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Strong attention to detail, with a proven ability to be self-directed, to work with minimal supervision, and to prioritize workloads
- Experience in one or more of the following cybersecurity categories: endpoint detection and response (EDR), web application security, API security, application performance monitoring (APM), runtime application self-protection (RASP), Kubernetes service meshes and microservices, Cloud, and SaaS
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical marketing, sales engineering, or similar role for a security offering
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree; MBA considered a plus

- Previous start-up environment experience
- MBA
