A Customer Solutions Associate provides administrative support for Growth and New Product websites. We are looking for a customer service oriented individual to provide an amazing experience for our members. Full-time position available for Monday – Friday shifts, working standard office hours. You will report to our Lehi, Utah location occasionally but this is a hybrid work place opportunity. Compensation is $16/hour
What you will do...
Provide general support for members of the Growth and New Product department. Support customers with their needs through inbound calls, email, and social media platforms. Build a positive relationship with every customer, ensuring there is resolution on every interaction.
Develop collaborative working relationships with peers and leaders.
Provide a variety of administrative support tasks, e.g., responding to email and letter correspondence, returning phone calls, and other administrative tasks.
Work with customers to find solutions to inquiries and coordinates with the team
Manager to provide feedback based on customer interactions.
Who you are...
High school diploma or GED.
Type 45+ words per minute Proficiency navigating the Internet and use of a Windows-based PC.
Experience working in an office or call center environment.
Customer Service oriented with a focus on solving complex issues.
