As a Customer Success Intern, you will get practical insights and knowledge and pave the way for your career in customer success in one of Europe's top SaaS scale-ups. You will get insights and experience in everything from customer onboarding, training and how to create a world-class customer experience.

Your team ‍‍‍

As Customer Success Intern you will be a part of our customer success team and work closely together with Christoffer Kvarnmark, Customer Success Team Lead, and Vilma Malmsten, Customer Success Coordinator. Since we are an international company, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues in different countries and markets to share your best success stories and learnings.

Joining a scale-up company means that you will take an active part in shaping your own role. With a humble approach, you will take ownership and drive your area of interest forward.

This is what you will do

  • Support in projects within customer onboarding, interviewing customers, etc.
  • Be a resource when it comes to educating and teaching your customers about how to best utilize our product.
  • Understand our customer’s challenges and problems.
  • Be a part of setting up automatic email and contact workflows.
  • Churn prevention and follow-up on cancellations.
  • Working towards goals and KPI:s together with your colleagues.
  • Do follow-up work connected to our Customer NPS, which helps us measure our customer satisfaction.

Is it you we are looking for?️

  • You are eager to learn!
  • You are currently enrolled at a higher vocational education with a specific internship period, since this is a full-time internship position.
  • Except for being passionate about customer success, you also have an interest in B2B sales.
  • A strong curiosity to solve challenges, understand customer needs and find it easy to learn new technology.

But most importantly; you have a passion for what you do and are eager to grow within your field!
