We help nurse-entrepreneurs build and scale their own successful, independent med spa practices. The industry has grown wildly and MedSpas are often a path for women to become business owners, but many lack the right tools to grow profitably. Moxie, and this role in particular, solves that for them.

Your impact will be tangible as you coach and success manager to our entrepreneurs. With the combination of our provider services and our tech platform, we’ve already collapsed a $25k, 6-month launch process into $3k and 30 days. Once launched, we help partners reach more clients and manage the back office. By removing this work for our entrepreneurs, we allow them to focus on caring for their patients and make them more successful than they would have been alone.

Your role as Customer Success Manager

We are a fast-growing, well-funded seed-stage company. As the second hire in this team, you will work closely with Will and own your own client portfolio.

  • You will also oversee the success of each of your providers from the moment they sign with us.

  • We already have many tools and templates in place, success in this role will be about helping our entrepreneurs apply them successfully.

There is plenty of demand for Moxie, and we expect that our early team will have many opportunities to stretch as we grow.

You’ll be responsible for:

Own overall relationship with your client portfolio from launch to growth, and management.

  • Enable the successful launch & opening of ~20 new MedSpa clients each month

  • Advise and guide entrepreneurs on new challenges like staff hiring, device purchases and the management of pharmaceutical accounts

  • Drive consistent customer growth through e.g. paid marketing, membership programs, orf strategic promotions

Become the trusted, strategic advisor and main point of contact for each nurse-entrepreneur

  • Conduct Monthly Business Reviews to help practices understand how their business is doing, and where there are opportunities for improvement

  • Drive consistent growth for each provider and help them reach projected annualized revenue goals

  • Optimize the pricing and expenses for each provider to maintain a healthy overall profit margin


We’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in account management or customer success roles

  • Delivery orientation: action-oriented, no task too small, make it right.

  • Strong service & coaching skills: empathetic, positive and communicate well to make our providers succeed.

  • Business acumen: have a grasp of how a small business works, and how to run it well.

  • Passion for medical aesthetics / wellness is a plus

Compensation Range: $65K - $105K
