Our Co-Founder and CEO Moubin qualified as a Doctor and went on to have a successful career at McKinsey and private equity house, APAX. Moubin started GetGround with his brother and our CTO, Misrab. Misrab is a Stanford Computer Scientist that led the scaling of the Gojek Data Science team in Asia.

Customer Success Manager - Property

(hybrid working with 3 days in the Hammersmith office per week is required)

You will join a newly launched GetGround team focused on creating the UK's first all-in-one residential property investment service. You will guide customers through everything they need to seamlessly buy, structure and manage their property investments. Revenue at GetGround is led by Marco Grossi, ex Google and Facebook (video intro to Marco).

Buying property today is complicated, expensive and time consuming. We are creating an offering that will provide aspiring and current landlords with access to high-quality, trustworthy property services. This is an opportunity to have impact scaling this offering in a Tech scaleup environment.

You are expected to come to our Hammersmith office 3 days per week to be with the team and to maximise your development.

We are looking for an ambitious, articulate and process driven individual to develop their career in an innovative and fast paced Series A environment, focused on the UK property sector. Listen to Andrew (Senior Account Executive) share his experience in a similar role on Spotify.

What you will do:

  • Engage with clients who have bought a property or one of our packages through our sales team to ensure a brilliant experience
  • Work with clients to walk them through the buying journey, and work with our partners to ensure everything is seamless
  • Constantly provide accurate information internally and externally to ensure all parties, systems and processes are up to date
  • Liaise cross functionally with teams across GetGround to deeply understand our proposition and develop articulate and well formed engagement strategies for our partner network
  • Use data, metrics and KPIs to identify how to continuously improve our processes
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with your colleagues and live the GetGround values every day

The experience and skills you will have:

  • Experience of complex sales processes - with a keen eye for detail and constant improvement of processes
  • Ideally you've worked in the Property, Financial Services or PropTech sector
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and process-driven!
  • Degree educated or equivalent work experience - with a passion for property, Tech and financial services

GetGround is developing the infrastructure for a global digital marketplace for assets enveloped in companies. Trillions of dollars of assets are tied in inefficient illiquid markets - think property, ships, factory machinery & infrastructure to name a few.

Enveloping an asset in a company unlocks liquidity by enabling the right legal basis for asset ownership, governance and exchange. However companies, one of humanity's greatest inventions, are stuck in the past. We are digitising and automating the company - starting by tackling UK private residential investment property, with £1.3 trillion of stock and £30-50 billion in transactions a year.
