The hourly range is $20.96-$25.00, paid biweekly based on experience.

Toshiba America Business Solutions, a leader in digital technology, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support the Rochester, NY, marketplace.

Summary: Promote retention and loyalty through scheduling, attending, and following up on Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with a view to expanding existing customers use of Managed Print Service inside their organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, administer, and maintain renewal of assigned Maintenance & Support Of Managed Print Service portfolios. This includes but is not limited to documentation review, system accuracy/audits, setups, and terminations. Resolve discrepancies where appropriate.
  • Promote retention and loyalty through scheduling, attending, and following up on Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to expand existing customers' use of Managed Print Services and Workflow Solutions inside their organizations. Maintain customer relationships and generate a positive Toshiba experience.
  • Responsible for supporting the optimization of document output through a needs assessment.
  • Document analysis and fleet output audits utilizing the most effective Data Collection Agent
  • Proposal development, contracts, sales orders, implementation, and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent. A minimum of three years of renewal subscription, administration, coordination, customer service/support, and database applications (user).
  • Must be able to follow processes/policies and understand the impact of actions on other parts of the organization.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Maintain customer relationships and generate a positive Toshiba experience.

  • May have to travel periodically
