Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will be a key point of contact for customers and branches concerning SiteOne.com.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Set up Retail and Contractor Accounts in UE
- Provide help to outside customers and internal customers to triage accounts that are not set up properly
- Answer 1-800-SiteOne customer calls and be able to provide help for topics which include, Partner Points, Credit, Website Issues.
- Understand OKTA, Hybris, UE, Sendgrid, Service Now, as to what is required for online access
- Work on all projects that are assigned to our department
- 1-3 years of customer service or retail sales experience is preferred.
- 1-2 years SiteOne product knowledge
- Customer Service mentality
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Able to train customers on SiteOne.com
