Position Overview:
The Customer Service Representative will be a key point of contact for customers and branches concerning SiteOne.com.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
  • Set up Retail and Contractor Accounts in UE
  • Provide help to outside customers and internal customers to triage accounts that are not set up properly
  • Answer 1-800-SiteOne customer calls and be able to provide help for topics which include, Partner Points, Credit, Website Issues.
  • Understand OKTA, Hybris, UE, Sendgrid, Service Now, as to what is required for online access
  • Work on all projects that are assigned to our department
Skills We Are Seeking::
  • 1-3 years of customer service or retail sales experience is preferred.
  • 1-2 years SiteOne product knowledge
  • Customer Service mentality
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Able to train customers on SiteOne.com
