We are currently seeking candidates that have worked in an operational and project setting as a Project Coordinator. The Customer Technology Specialist needs to encompass a traditional coordinator skill set, which includes communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, facilitation, data analysis, and time management. In this fast-paced environment you need to be quick on your feet working with ever changing priorities and responsibilities. A solid aptitude for learning new technology and software is essential for success in this position, as is a working knowledge with Microsoft tools and SQL.

As a Customer Technology Specialist:

  • Fulfill customer expectations and support relationship building.
  • Become a subject matter expert on assigned customer's data, as well as our common processes and methodologies.
  • Manage data files, including file transfers and data processing.
  • Perform quality control of program data, reporting and websites.
  • Implement and document standard operational procedures for ongoing programs.
  • Provide improvement recommendations on business processes.
  • Use SQL and Excel daily to complete ad-hoc reporting requests and research client questions and processing issues.
  • Communicate program status, issues and changes to appropriate internal teams.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Adhere to project timelines.
  • Train and/or mentor other team members, peers, and customers.

Preferred technical capabilities:

  • Beginner to intermediate SQL skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Content Management and HTML software experience

Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including customer contacts, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Ability to use query tools and understand relational database structures.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Organization and time management skills.

Education/Experience Required:

  • BA/BS or 2-year technical degree preferred; or equivalent experience.
