Senior Site Reliability Engineer - Americas

Customer.io is looking for a collaborative Site Reliability Engineer who loves solving interesting puzzles and is excited to help build out a scalable, reliable platform.

Skills

Experience with RDB systems like MySQL
Knowledge of scalable applications on cloud infrastructure
Proficiency in Terraform and automating operational tasks
Deep understanding of UNIX environments
Communication skills and collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain core infrastructure pieces for real-time processing and delivery of messages
Plan the growth of infrastructure
Automate deployment processes
Provide on-call support and respond to availability incidents
Ensure observability of infrastructure and applications
Debug production issues
Take an active role in team collaboration and training
