This year we announced a $35 million Series B financing round led by Eldridge (alongside existing investors Index Ventures, Sussex Place Ventures, and Contour... Ventures) and we're thrilled to be embarking on our next ambitious chapters of growth. We're scaling our commercial organization in a big way ahead of 2022 and we're excited to search for a world class BDR Director to head up our business development function. You will be working closely with our existing regional managers in the US & UK to hire, lead, and coach a team of Enterprise Business Development Representatives. We are looking for a leader with equal passion for sales pipeline development, and talent development for your teams. Your mission as our Global BDR Director:
You'll hire & lead a team of Enterprise BDRs in London & New York, including 2 regional managers, providing strong coaching through a deep understanding of our products and our sales methodology. Develop & track metrics for the business development team that align to company-wide pipeline generation goals to continue doubling our company Annual Recurring Revenue year-on-year. You'll take the lead on refining a scalable business development playbook, ensuring that we have the right people, processes and tools in place to hit our goals. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Enablement, & our Product General Managers to create outreach & messaging for our three core Product Lines (Application Release Orchestration, Cloud Migration and Operational Resilience). What we'd like you to bring to the table You'll have 4
years of experience in Business Development/Sales Development at quickly scaling software businesses (ideally within the Enterprise SaaS world); you'll have a strong track record of People Leadership, having successfully hired, developed and managed teams in your career. You have a passion for mentoring and enabling early sales talent with the goal of graduating top performers into leadership or other opportunities in the business You're well versed in Enterprise sales and understand the art of prospecting to top financial institutions You have experience in the modern sales tech stack such as Salesforce, Gong, Sales Navigator, etc. The good stuff You'll be given a solid compensation plan. $150K -- $200K
