Strong technical, functional, and interpersonal skills are key to perform this role successfully.In this position you will partner and collaborate with the engineering manager, business analysts, architects, quality assurance, business partners, developers, and project managers to effectively translate the business requirements and architectural designs into engineering components. You will also be involved throughout the entire development life cycle of a product and must be able to deliver an efficient solution, as well as identify and properly mitigate any risks to the product before deployment to production.To be successful in this position you will need: Roles & Responsibilities: The position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communications skills and exceptional follow through. Some of the responsibilities include:- Proven experience as a full-stack Developer in understanding business requirements and translating into engineering solutions.- Hands on experience in writing, debugging, and reviewing code, and producing thoroughly tested, defect-free features.- Should have good experience on how to build, test, and deploy code to run on On-Prem/cloud infrastructure.- Knowledge of advance object-oriented design and design patterns.- Strong background on REST Web Services, J2EE and Spring frameworks- Knowledge of build/dependency management tools such as Maven, GIT- Worked with cross-functional team, using SAFe agile practices.Required Qualifications2 to 5 years of software development experience in building enterprise/web/cloud applications.2+ years of experience in programming languages using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot and Spring MVC.2+ years of experience with building APIs and services using REST.2+ years of experience working in HTML/CSS, Javascript, jQuery, Bootstrap.1+ years of experience working in React OR Angular6months + years of experience with accessibility testing tools (e.g. WAVE, WAI-ARIA)2+ years of experience with version control practices preferably using GIT.2+ years of experience working with DevOps tools/processes for CICD (i.e. Jenkins, Octopus).2+ years of experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.1+ years of experience working with RDBMS databases (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, DB2)Preferred Qualifications:Exposure to cloud-based platforms is highly preferred (i.e. Azure, GCP, AWS)Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilityExcellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills.EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$75,705.00 - $154,500.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.
