This role requires a highly skilled individual with a strong background in software engineering and a deep understanding of AI technologies.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the technical aspects of the Moveworks Copilot implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.• Collaborate with IT teams, Moveworks support, and stakeholders to address dependencies and integration challenges.• Develop and maintain robust data governance practices and quality control measures to ensure data integrity.• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather feedback to iterate and improve the digital assistant's functionality and user experience.• Serve as the engineering lead for future automation, development, and enhancements to the Moveworks Copilot.• Utilize skills in C#, C, C++, VBScript, Javascript, HTML, SQL, SQL Server, .NET Framework, and .NET to drive development efforts.• Engage in continuous learning and stay informed on topics such as UiPath, RPA, ML, Python, OCR, API, and Chatbots to drive innovation within the teamRequired Qualifications• 5 + years relevant experience• Experience with AI powered chatbot technologies• Skills in integrating with enterprise platforms (using Restful APIs, UIPath)• LLM (Large Language Model) experience• Cloud systems and integration experiencePreferred Qualifications• Moveworks experienceEducation• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualificationPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
