Specific responsibilities include:- Supporting analysis activities needed to identify project ideas in partnership with business stakeholders- Understanding of ROI and financials tied to business cases and projects (one time costs, recurring costs, expected value/savings, etc)- Ability to stand up and initiate projects from scratch with or without predefined templates- Help identify risks/issues (even when not identified by others) and work with cross functional teams to mitigate or resolve- Ability to effectively come up with strategies to work through project roadblocks- Effectively document and report program and project(s) status- Understanding of how IT projects support overarching business initiatives and ability to monitor dependencies inside and outside of the project- Create, implement, and manage project governance structure to support escalations and senior leadership communicationRequired Qualifications8+ years or more Project Management experienceEducation Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiencePay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$92,700.00 - $185,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.
