In this role as Senior Analyst, you will report to the Senior Manager FP&A. You will be responsible for assisting the Senior Manager in the creation of accurate and timely Enterprise Financial Reporting that goes to the highest levels of the organization. The role will be responsible for pulling system data and synthesizing into standard reporting formats as well as creating new and ad hoc reporting. The Senior Analyst will focus on updating/maintaining reporting for different scenarios, including budget, forecast, actuals, strategic long-range planning, and will have the opportunity to partner across the Enterprise. As a resource for Shared Services FP&A Teams, the senior analyst will assist in ensuring results are understood and reported appropriately.NOTE: This is a remote opportunity and all locations will be considered.Other Responsibilities of the Senior Analyst role include but are not limited to:• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting• Creating measures to ensure accuracy and consistency in the reporting processes• Being a key member of the team working to automate reporting• Creating standard and new reporting packages as needed• Being a resource for the Shared Services FP&A Teams in understanding results and reporting as well as calendar deliverables• Supporting ad hoc projects and reporting• Representing the Reporting Center of Excellence on cross-functional teamsRequired Qualifications• 2+ years of finance experience and high level of comfort with variance analysis for different timeframes and scenarios• 2+ years of Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with above-average formatting skills• 2+ years of experience synthesizing and working with large amounts of financial dataPreferred Qualifications• Knowledge of SAP and Oracle-based systems• Financial Reporting experience• Demonstrated ability to create partnerships across large enterprises and across different levels of the organization• Strong communication skills - oral and written• Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and to manage multiple projects based on strict calendar expectationsEducation• Bachelor’s Degree, with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required or equivalent years of related professional work experienceBusiness OverviewAt CVS Health, we are joined in a common purpose: helping people on their path to better health. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
