The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and Java Microservices.As the Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in delivering high-quality integration solutions.• This position can work from any CVS location via a hybrid model.Responsibilities:• Utilize your 10+ years of hands-on working experience in IIB/ACE IBM Middleware technologies.• Leverage your 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing Java Micro Services.• Lead and guide a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using IIB and ACE.• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.• Collaborate with other teams, such as architecture and infrastructure, to ensure seamless integration of systems.• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.• Ensure that integration solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integration solutions.Required Qualifications:• Strong technical skills in IBM Integration Bus (IIB)/App Connect Enterprise (ACE) and Java, with 10+ years of experience.• Knowledge of creating scalable and efficient microservices using Java, Spring, or Node.js.• Proficiency in Core/Advanced Java and J2EE.• Experience with Spring frameworks (MVC, IOC, Boot, Batch).• Familiarity with middleware technologies such as JMS, IBM MQ, and Apache Kafka.• Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies like Azure and GCP, as well as engineering frameworks and tools.• Proven experience leading a team of developers.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Education:• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivelant experience.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$130,295.00 - $260,590.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.
