Admission to the District of Columbia BarPosition OverviewAs an Antitrust Associate, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on antitrust and competition laws. Your primary objective will be to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while also advising clients on risk management strategies.Key Responsibilities• Conduct research and analysis of antitrust and competition laws• Draft and review agreements and contracts to ensure compliance with antitrust laws• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on antitrust and competition matters• Assist with antitrust litigation and investigations• Provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions from an antitrust perspectiveQualifications• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school• Admitted to practice law in the state• Minimum 2 years' experience in anti-trust law• Experience working on DOJ or FTC antitrust matters• Experience in antitrust litigation and investigations• Experience in mergers and acquisitions• Strong analytical and research skills• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Ability to work effectively in a team environmentBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
