Audit ManagerPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to oversee and manage our audit engagements in various industries, including Manufacturing, Telecommunication, Construction, Employee Benefit Plans, Non-profit, Government Audit, and Healthcare Audit. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timely completion of audits, while maintaining strong client relationships and providing exceptional service.Key Responsibilities• Manage and oversee audit engagements, ensuring quality and timely completion of all work• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for audit-related matters• Lead and mentor audit teams, providing guidance and support as needed• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards• Identify and communicate potential audit issues to clients, and provide recommendations for improvement• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting standards• Assist with the development and implementation of audit policies and proceduresQualifications• CPA certification• Minimum of 7 years of experience in External Audit, including experience as an Audit Manager or Audit Senior• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices• Experience in Manufacturing, Telecommunication, Construction, Employee Benefit Plans, Non-profit, Government Audit, or Healthcare Audit• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines• Strong leadership and mentoring skillsBenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
