Civil Superintendent

Cybercoders has partnered with an Award-Winning General Contractor in the greater Bay area on their search for a Superintendent to focus on public projects valued from $1 Million to $20 Million.Job Title: Superintendent (Civil)Project Types: Underground pipeline (water, sewer), site workPosition OverviewThe Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing pipeline construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.Key Responsibilities• Supervise and oversee all aspects of pipeline construction projects, ensuring that work is completed to the required specifications and within budget and schedule constraints.• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules, tracking progress and ensuring that all project milestones are met on time.• Manage and coordinate the efforts of project team members, including engineers, construction workers, and other contractors, providing guidance and support as required.• Ensure that all work is completed safely and in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project partners, ensuring that all project requirements are met and that the project is completed to the satisfaction of all parties involved.Qualifications• Minimum of 10 years of experience in pipeline construction, including at least 3 years of experience in a Superintendent role.• Strong knowledge of pipeline construction techniques, including trenching, backfilling, and welding.• Experience in civil or underground construction and site work is highly desirable.• Proven ability to manage and coordinate the efforts of project team members, including contractors and construction workers.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project partners.• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.• Valid driver's license.BenefitsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusEmail Your Resume In Word To:Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
