We are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and writing skills, and a commitment to consistent high-quality legal services. The Commercial Litigation Attorney will represent clients in court proceedings in a wide variety of matters, including contract disputes, class action lawsuits, intellectual property matters, real estate, and employment law.• Position Overview: The Commercial Litigation Attorney will provide legal advice and representation to clients in a variety of cases. The Attorney should have a strong understanding of litigation practice, including case law, legal research, pleadings, hearings, and other court proceedings.• Key Responsibilities:• Research and analyze legal issues and develop legal strategies.• Monitor court proceedings and update clients on the progress of their cases.• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and contracts.• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.• Represent clients in court, arbitrations, mediations, and other legal proceedings.• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients.• Maintain accurate records and case files.• Qualifications:• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.• Licensed to practice law in the state or states where the cases will be filed.• At least 5 years of litigation experience.• Experience in Commercial, Real Estate, and Employment Law.• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.• Excellent communication and writing skills.• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.BenefitsLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
