Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Linux System Administrator with a active TS/SCI clearance to join our team in Reston, VA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our DOD customer's Linux systems and servers.Key Responsibilities• Provide overall Linux system administration support for servers and workstations• Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems, software, and applications• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions• Work with hardware, network infrastructure, system security, server administration, data storage, and file systems• Perform database administration tasks with PostgreSQL• Manage HPC environments and VMware vSphere virtualization• Ensure system security in accordance with RMF standardsQualifications• Active TS/SCI clearance• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field• At least 10+ years of experience in Linux system administration and network management for DOD customers• Experience with scripting languages including Bash, Python, and Perl• Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF)• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyBenefits• Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance• Life & Disability Insurance (100% employer provided)• FSA/HSA• PTO (17+ days) + 11 paid holidays (first year bracket; PTO increases with tenure)• Maternity/Paternity Leave• Legal Insurance• Safe Harbor 401k matching (immediate vesting)• Employee Referral Program• Tuition & Certification Assistance• Continued EducationEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
