Project CoordinatorPosition OverviewThe Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all project goals are achieved within the specified timeline and budget.Key Responsibilities• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.• Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and architects to determine project requirements and ensure the smooth execution of the project.• Develop project timelines and budgets, and ensure that projects are completed within these parameters.• Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues that may arise.• Prepare and deliver project-related reports and presentations.• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.• 1+ years of experience in in construction, preferably in commercial, industrial, or retail construction.• Extensive knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and procedures.• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.• Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
