Project Manager - Project Manager, Construction, Design

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help us manage our construction, design, and blueprint projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, identifying potential risks, and ensuring the project is completed within the agreed timeline.Key Responsibilities• Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.• Analyze and identify risks associated with projects, devise strategies/solutions to mitigate them.• Negotiate contracts and monitor progress of projects.• Communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project's life cycle.• Gather requirements and create/manage project plans.• Provide guidance and support to project team members.• Review project deliverables and test for quality assurance.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in a related field.• At least 5 years of experience in project management.• Knowledge and experience in managing construction, design, and blueprint projects.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.• Proficiency with project management software.• Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary, and multi-location environment.BenefitsEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
